These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms') aim to specify the conditions of subscription and use of the service provided by ARMADO Workcation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') and the overall matters and other necessary details between the Company and the using customer (hereinafter referred to as the 'Member').
1. These Terms shall become effective by notifying customers, including customers registered with the Company and all users who wish to use the service, by posting them on the service menu and the Company website. The Terms can be confirmed on the Company's website (www.armado.org).
2. The Company may amend these Terms if reasonable grounds arise, and in the event of an amendment, the Company shall provide prior notice of such changes in the Terms without delay.
Regarding the use of the service, these Terms apply. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws such as the 『Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.』, 『Personal Information Protection Act』, 『Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.』, 『Telecommunications Business Act』, and 『Framework Act on Telecommunications』. Depending on the nature of the service provided by an expert, individual laws that the expert must observe, such as the 『Act on Registration of Credit Business, Etc. and Protection of Finance Users』 and the 『Licensed Real Estate Agents Act』, shall apply.
1. "Service" refers to all online information and communication services provided by the platform, including NPL-related information registration, viewing, expert consultation connection, and community functions.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Service.
3. "Expert" refers to an expert linked by the platform who can provide consultation to users.
4. 'Service Contract' refers to the contract concluded between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Service.
5. 'User ID' refers to a combination of English letters and numbers selected by the Member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
6. 'Password' refers to a combination of characters and numbers selected by the User to confirm that the User matches the assigned User ID and to protect the User's rights and interests.
7. 'Termination' refers to the cancellation of the Service Contract by the Company or the Member.
1. The Service Contract is established by the Company's acceptance of the application for use and the agreement to the contents of these Terms by the customer who wishes to use the Service.
2. Consent to these Terms is expressed by pressing the 'Agree' or check button on the relevant site at the time of application.
1. A user who wishes to use this Service may use it after joining as a member by providing the information requested by the Company (name, contact information, etc.).
2. All members must provide their real names to use the Service, and use may be restricted in the case of non-real names.
3. Member registration requires the use of a real name.
4. The ID of a member who has applied for use by stealing another person's information (name or mobile phone number) may be deleted without prior notice, and the member may be punished according to relevant laws.
5. The Company may differentiate the use of the Service by classifying members using this Service by grade.
6. The Platform provides the following services:
• Product registration and viewing service for manufacturers and distributors (wholesale/retail)
• Seller introduction and consultation connection service
• Community and information exchange space
The Company implements a privacy policy to protect the personal information of service users as prescribed by relevant laws. Relevant laws apply to the protection and use of user personal information. However, the Company assumes no responsibility for information exposed due to reasons attributable to the user.
1. The Company approves the use of the Service for customers who have applied for use pursuant to the provisions of Article 6, provided there are no operational or technical impediments.
2. The Company shall not approve applications falling under the following cases:
1. When applying under another person's name or not using a real name
2. When applying by attaching false documents or stating false details
3. When registered as a credit delinquent for PC communication or Internet services under the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information
4. When applying for the purpose of undermining social well-being, order, or public morals
5. When registered as a bad user of PC communication or Internet services by the Information and Communication Ethics Committee
3. In cases where the application for service use falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the Company may withhold approval until the reason for the restriction is resolved.
1. When the Company lacks facility capacity
2. When there are technical difficulties for the Company
3. When approval is difficult due to other reasons attributable to the Company
4. If the application is rejected or approval is restricted pursuant to regulations, the Company must immediately notify the applicant.
5. The Company may restrict approval if the applicant is a minor.
1. If the Company recognizes that opinions or complaints raised by a member are justified, it must process them immediately. However, if immediate processing is difficult, the member must be notified of the reason and the processing schedule via email, SNS, or a notice on the website.
2. The Company has an obligation to protect the user's personal information in accordance with the privacy policy established by the Company. However, this may not apply in cases of lawful procedures pursuant to the provisions of the law.
3. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph (b), if the Company intends to use the user's personal information beyond the notified or specified scope or provide it to a third party, it must individually notify the relevant member and obtain consent.
4. If facilities are damaged or lost for the continuous and stable provision of the Service, the Company shall repair or restore them without delay. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended or stopped in the event of natural disasters, emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances.
5. The Company shall provide convenience to members regarding contract-related procedures and details, such as the conclusion of the Service Contract, changes to contract details, and termination.
6. The Company may prepare and use statistical data on all or part of the members' personal information with the prior consent of the members in relation to its business and may transmit cookies to the members' computers through the Service. In this case, members may refuse to receive cookies or change their browser settings to warn about cookie reception, and the member is responsible for any changes in service use resulting from changes in cookie settings.
1. Members shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
1. Ideally using another member's ID and password
2. Using information obtained using the Service for reproduction, performance, broadcasting, display, distribution, publication, etc., through copying, processing, translation, secondary work, etc., for purposes other than the member's personal use, or providing it to a third party
3. Damaging the reputation of others or causing disadvantages
4. Infringing on the Company's copyright, third-party copyrights, or other rights
5. Distributing information, sentences, figures, voices, etc., violating public order and morals to others
6. Acts objectively recognized as being linked to crime
7. Registering or distributing computer virus infection materials that cause malfunction of service-related facilities or destruction and confusion of information
8. Transmitting information that may interfere with the stable operation of the Service or transmitting advertising information against the recipient's will
9. Acts receiving corrective requests from authoritative organizations such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee or consumer protection groups
10. Acts violating the Election Act resulting in suspension, warning, or corrective orders from the Election Commission
11. Other acts violating relevant laws
12. Posting or distributing inappropriate content such as obscene, hateful, violent, or discriminatory material
13. Harassing, stalking, threatening, or acting maliciously toward other members
2. The Company applies a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Accounts of members who post inappropriate content or engage in malicious behavior toward other members may be immediately suspended or deleted without prior warning.
• Members may immediately report inappropriate content or abusive users through the in-app reporting feature.
• The Company will review reported content within 24 hours and take appropriate action.
• Members may block other members to immediately hide that member's content.
3. Members must comply with the matters specified in these Terms, service usage guides, or precautions, and must comply with matters notified or separately posted by the Company.
4. Members may not engage in business activities using the Service without the Company's explicit prior consent, and the Company is not responsible for the results arising from violations of this.
5. Members shall be liable for damages to the Company in relation to such business activities.
6. Members may not transfer or gift their status under the Service Terms or other service contracts to others, nor provide them as collateral.
7. Members may not divert all or part of the contents and functions of the Service without the Company's prior approval.
8. If a user visits or requests to view or correct their personal information using an electronic signature or ID, the Company must confirm their identity and take necessary measures without delay.
9. If a user's representative visits and requests viewing or correction, the Company may request the presentation of proof indicating the agency relationship.
10. The Company must prepare procedures to collect users' opinions and handle complaints regarding personal information.
1. Service use is, in principle, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special operational or technical impediment of the Company. However, the Company may temporarily suspend the Service on days or times determined by the Company for regular system inspection, expansion, and replacement, and temporary service suspension due to scheduled work will be announced in advance through the web.
2. In the case of service interruption due to reasons beyond the Company's control (disk failure without intention or negligence of the system administrator, system down, etc.), prior notice is impossible, and notice will not be given in cases of system interruption due to the intention or negligence of others (PC communication companies, key telecommunications business operators, etc.).
1. Members are entirely responsible for managing their ID and password.
2. If a member's ID is used fraudulently, the member must notify the Company of the fact.
The Company may delete, move, or refuse registration of posts or materials falling under any of the following subparagraphs without prior notice.
1. Content that severely insults or damages the reputation of another member or a third party
2. Cases of distributing or linking content that violates public order and morals
3. Content that encourages illegal copying or hacking
4. Advertisements for profit-making purposes
5. Content objectively recognized as being linked to crime
6. Content infringing on copyrights or other rights of other users or third parties
7. Cases that violate the posting principles prescribed by the Company or do not fit the nature of the bulletin board
8. Cases judged to be in violation of other relevant laws
1. Members may not commercially use materials posted on the Service, such as arbitrarily processing or selling information obtained using the Service.
2. The Company may delete, move, or refuse registration without prior notice if it is judged that the contents or posts within the Service posted or registered by the member fall under any of the subparagraphs of Article 13.
The Company may provide members with various information deemed necessary during service use via email, SMS, SNS, notices, etc.
1. Part of the service investment basis that allows the Company to provide services to members comes from revenue through advertisement placement. Members agree to the exposure of advertisements when using the Service.
2. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring from members participating in, communicating with, or transacting in the promotional activities of advertisers posted on the Service or through this Service.
When a member wishes to terminate the Service Contract, the member must personally apply for termination using the "Withdrawal" menu within the platform.
1. The Company may restrict service use if a member violates the contents of Article 10 of these Terms regarding service use or falls under any of the following subparagraphs:
1. Using vulgar IDs and nicknames that hinder public morals
2. Severely insulting other users or interfering with service use
3. Other cases interfering with normal service operation
4. When there is a request for correction from relevant public institutions such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee
5. Illegal websites
6. Uploading commercial software or crack files
7. Posting obscene materials violating Article 7 of the Deliberation Rules of the Information and Communication Ethics Committee
8. Including content aimed at performing anti-state acts
9. Unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted text or uploading mp3s
10. Distributing computer virus programs that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information
11. Posting obscene, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable user-generated content
12. Receiving multiple reports from other members
13. Continuously harassing or acting maliciously toward other members
2. For members using the Service in accordance with the above restriction regulations, the Company may take measures such as temporary suspension, suspension, or termination of the Service Contract according to the bad user handling regulations without separate notice regarding service use.
1. The Company shall not provide compensation for damages received by the member from the Service if they are caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or by the member's intention or negligence.
2. If the Company is a member using e-commerce hosting, general hosting, and equivalent services, and damages occur due to force majeure, the provisions of Paragraph (a) above shall apply.
3. If the Company receives claims for damages, lawsuits, or various objections from a third party other than the relevant member due to illegal acts committed by the member while using the Service, the member must make efforts to indemnify the Company. If the Company is not indemnified, the member must compensate for all damages incurred by the Company.
1. The Company is exempted from responsibility for service provision if it cannot provide the Service due to natural disasters, war, or other equivalent force majeure.
2. The Company is exempted from responsibility if damages occur because a key telecommunications business operator stops or does not normally provide telecommunications services.
3. The Company is exempted from responsibility for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.
4. The Company is not responsible for obstacles to service use or damages caused by reasons attributable to the member.
5. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by user computer errors or damages caused by members poorly stating their personal information and email addresses.
6. The Company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc., of various information, materials, and facts posted by members on the Service.
7. The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from goods transactions (including intangible goods) between members or between a member and a third party mediated by the Service.
8. The Company is not responsible for any damages related to the use of services provided free of charge to members.
9. The Company (or Platform) assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or authenticity of registered products and product information. The user must verify the truth of the product information, and the responsibility lies with the registrant. The Platform acts solely as a mail-order broker mediating products, does not intervene in individual transactions, and assumes no legal responsibility related to transactions.
10. Regarding acts by Members/Third Parties: The member is solely responsible for content such as products, images, and descriptions registered by the member. We do not intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties, and we are not responsible for damages resulting therefrom.
11. Regarding Transaction Liability: Information provided in this Service is for reference only, and the final decision on the transaction must be made based on the user's own judgment. We assume no responsibility for damages caused by decision-making based on the provided information.
12. Liability for Compliance with Laws: When registering products, the 「Civil Act」 and relevant laws must be observed, and the relevant member bears all legal responsibility solely when registering illegal products. We may delete posts and restrict use without prior notice if violations are confirmed.
13. IPR Indemnification: If content posted by a member infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, the responsibility lies entirely with the poster, and we assume no responsibility.
14. Regarding Transactions between Suppliers/Sellers: We do not directly participate in transactions with registered suppliers or sellers, and legal responsibility for each transaction lies with the parties involved.
1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow the Telecommunications Business Act, other relevant laws, and commercial customs.
2. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a member regarding service use, a lawsuit cannot be filed unless the two parties have faithfully consulted to resolve the dispute.
3. If a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from service use, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the competent court.
These Terms shall be effective from December 01, 2025.
